Andrea Harrison is the Vice President for Beauty & Personal Care at CVS Pharmacy where she is responsible for the Cosmetics, Skin Care, Fragrance, Hair Care and Personal Care businesses, as well as Beauty Experience and Service. A seasoned executive, Andrea has brought a results-driven focus to CVS Beauty throughout her 15-year tenure, most recently developing the Skin Care Center pilot, marrying the retailer’s elevated beauty format with new brands and services expanding access to skin health, and its ground-breaking Beauty Mark initiative.

Prior to joining CVS Pharmacy, Andrea worked in the Retail strategy consulting practices at both Accenture & Deloitte, advising retailers in the specialty, department store & grocery channels on assortment & promotional efficiency. A merchandiser and marketer at heart, Andrea’s passion and dedication to evolving and innovating the beauty aisle have been pivotal in CVS’ recent transformations. She is equally passionate about creating inclusive experiences for colleagues and customers through assortment evolution and driving organizational change on this critical topic.

Andrea earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College with a dual concentration in Finance & Marketing, and her MBA from Bryant University. A mom of 3, she and her family reside in Massachusetts.
