Leigha Dunbar is the Senior DMM/Senior Director at Walgreens, where she leads and oversees the Wellness division, which includes Vitamins & Weight Management, Women’s Wellness & Baby categories. Prior to working in the health & wellness space, Leigha has had a successful 20+ year retail career spanning a variety of industries, including Ready-to-Wear, Outdoors, and Home Textiles.
During her expansive career tenure, she has collaborated with both international and domestic suppliers, as well as cross-functional teams to deliver innovation to the marketplace. She has introduced new brands and segments evolving categories to solve un-met needs of the consumer. Her leadership style is very dynamic and engaging, effectively mentoring for high-talent, and producing top performing teams.
She has a demonstrated history of accomplishments in merchandising, sourcing and brand management, and with a strong finance background, and has also held roles in planning and inventory management.
Leigha grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where she graduated with her B.S in Finance. She also received an M.B.A. from Webster University.
