Monique Hutcherson Benoit is a dynamic leader in the consumer products industry and a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion. With a career marked by energy and enthusiasm, Monique has excelled in retail buying at Target Corporation and Anthropologie. As the Team Lead for the Beauty Channel at the Emerson Group, she worked with a diverse array of health and wellness brands. Monique later ventured into entrepreneurship, offering her expertise as a Retail Go-To-Market strategy consultant to help beauty brands refine their narratives and successfully engage with retail partners. Currently, as a Senior Merchant at Ulta Beauty, she spearheads BIPOC Brand Development. Monique is also a proud mother to four daughters, ages 13, 9, 7, and 5.
