In his sixteen-year tenure with Walmart, Ralph has held leadership positions across multiple organizations, including Customer Experience, Merchandising Operations, Merchandise Finance & Strategy, and Merchandising. Prior to his current role, Ralph was responsible for expanding the Baby Consumables portfolio. As the Merchandising Vice President of Baby Consumables, he developed an end-to-end strategy for sustainable long-term growth in all areas related to mothers and babies, both in stores and online. He currently serves as the SVP for the Health & Wellness business, which caters to all health and wellness needs, offering a wide range of products from cold and flu medicine to wellness items like protein shakes and vitamins. Before joining Walmart, Ralph worked in banking in Nassau, Bahamas. He currently serves on the boards of the Myles & Ruth Munroe Foundation and the Rhema International Family Development Center in Nassau, Bahamas, both organizations emphasizing leadership and family.
