Michelle L. LeBlanc is the Vice President of Merchandising for Beauty, Personal Care & Hispanic Center of Excellence at CVS Health. She is responsible for the Cosmetics, Skin Care, Fragrance, Hair Care, and Personal Care businesses, as well as Beauty Experience and Services.
A seasoned executive, Michelle is a confident, creative, and dynamic purpose-led leader with a proven record of driving results. Throughout her nearly two decades holding various leadership roles across the CVS Health enterprise, she has gained unparalleled experience and understanding of how the retailer continues to meet the needs of today’s consumers—from health and well-being to beauty.
Most recently, she led the Strategy & Transformation team within the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness business, where she was responsible for driving key initiatives, including CVS’ first-ever Supplier Summit and mobilizing the Front Store strategy. Prior to that, she led the Acute Care business, overseeing CVS’ Upper Respiratory business and multiple Rx-to-OTC (prescription to non-prescription) switches.
Michelle is naturally curious, with a hunger for insights, a bias for action, and a relentless desire to make a meaningful impact on people and the business. Her greatest passion is serving as a “leader of leaders”—building and motivating highly engaged, high-performing teams.
Outside of work, Michelle is busy raising three boys with her wife, Jennifer. Her goal is to instill in them the values of kindness and doing their best every day—words she lives by. Michelle holds a BS in Marketing from George Mason University and an MBA from Providence College.
