Zach Dennett, VP Merchandising, leads the Consumer Health Care merchandising team, CVS’s Supplemental Benefits programs, and CVS’s partnerships with Delivery Marketplaces including Doordash, Uber, and Instacart. Zach joined CVS in 2022.

Previously at CVS, Zach was the VP of Loyalty and Omnichannel. The team managed CVS’s famous Extracare program, the paid ExtraCare Plus program, and the front store Omnichannel business including BOPIS, Same Day delivery, and the Delivery Marketplaces.

Before CVS, Zach helped launch and run the instant delivery startup JOKR as the US co-founder. Zach’s background also includes leadership positions at Jet.com and Walmart (when Jet was acquired). He held various roles of increasing responsibility, including Pricing for E-Commerce, all food sales on Walmart.com, and Omni-merchandising for dry grocery including in store, curbside and delivery. Prior to Jet/Walmart, he worked in consulting at Oliver Wyman.

Zach earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics from Yale University and his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
