Chelsea Sanders is the Vice President of Brand Strategy and Development, leading Refinery29's multicultural work across Unbothered and Somos, the communities created by & for Black and Latine folx, respectively. A founding member of Unbothered 7 years ago, she is also the Co-Host and Executive Producer of Unbothered's award-winning Go Off, Sis podcast. In her role, Chelsea is responsible for leading and growing the highly engaged platforms, and works to spotlight the everyday stories and perspectives of Black & Latine folx through meaningful, inclusive storytelling and authentic partnerships.

Named a Cynopsis Rising Star and a Digiday Future Leader Award winner, she has appeared on Yahoo Finance, CNBC, and regularly hosts events ranging from entertainment to culture and wellness.
A bi-coastal baddie between Los Angeles & New York, Chelsea is a graduate of Yale University with a degree in English and African American Studies.
