Anna Prilutsky currently serves as Head of Research & Development for Haleon and member of the US Leadership Team and global R&D Leadership Team. She is fully accountable for Innovation Pipeline across Haleon NA portfolio.
Ms. Prilutsky is an accomplished R&D executive with extensive leadership experience and proven talent development track record, recognized for being able to strategically align R&D organization to deliver against business growth aspirations. Since joining Haleon in 2022, Anna has made a significant impact on the innovation pipeline, her approach has been bold, creative and highly ambitious. She brings an enterprise mindset building diverse networks and relationships not only with the NA BU but across the wider business and industry. She has partnered brilliantly with the commercial teams and has been a source of inspiration, proactively stimulating disruptive thinking and fresh ideas to generate business growth.
Anna began her career at J&J and progressed through multiple roles of increased responsibility, leading diverse teams in a complex, matrix OTC environment. She played an active role in shaping the R&D culture to foster innovation at J&J as well as spearheading multiple innovation platforms successfully when she was responsible for the global skin franchise. Previously, Anna worked for Revlon in the Global R&D and Project and Portfolio office achieving a successful integration of Revlon and the Elizabeth Arden R&D team.
Prilutsky joined the Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies, Inc. team directly after receiving her M.S. degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
