Carolina Howski is the Sr. Director and Divisional Merchandise Manager for Beauty at Walgreens, overseeing Cosmetics, Skincare, Sun Care, Global Brands and Fragrance. In her role, she has built a beauty strategy that leverages the connection between beauty and wellness, helping to position Walgreens as a leader in this space.

With over 20 years at Walgreens, including 16 in merchandising, Carolina held various roles in Seasonal and Personal Care before joining the Beauty team in 2017. She has consistently delivered long-term strategies, championed leading-edge innovation, and piloted personalization within the beauty space.

Carolina holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business and a degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
